Our history and our project

Finengy Advisory, is a consultancy firm created in 2018, specialising in assisting insurance companies, banks, industrial or service groups to support their finance departments (BI system, accounting, tax, consolidation...) in all their needs.

Finengy Advisory is first and foremost a different approach to consulting.
Our consultants are our capital and the key factors in the success of our customer assignments.

 
The development of this difference is based on four pillars:

The choice of specialisation: Our employees are selected for their technical skills and experience in insurance, banking and financial reporting.
 
Skillfullness in business lines and systems: Because we believe that the best advice comes from a professional who knows both the business and systems aspects of his or her sector, we recruit staff with both strong business skills and experience in automation and systems architecture redesign.

Excellence: All our employees follow a weekly training programme in our various specialisations and are monitored by a dedicated manager who is responsible for their personalised training path.
 
A culture of mutual support and solidarity: We believe that 40% of the effectiveness of a consultancy assignment depends on the speed with which knowledge is acquired and understood in relation to the subjects dealt with. To increase our efficiency and foster a culture of solidarity, all Finengy Advisory employees who have questions about a subject are able to call on the mutual expertise of other employees thanks to theme-based communication groups organised on ‘Teams’ and ‘WhatsApp’.

In addition, a shared server containing all the reference documentation by subject is available to employees.
 
Finengy Advisory is a firm on a human scale, focused on its employees, relying on their ethical and technical qualities, and constantly striving for innovation and optimisation.

A chartered accountant, Charles has extensive experience of IFRS and Solvency II reporting in insurance companies.

Both as an internal and external manager, he has led numerous standards and systems implementation projects.

He wanted to be part of the development of a company that promotes the values of excellence and mutual support, combining recognised technical skills in the business and IT.

Hadrien Noel

With a postgraduate degree in international finance, Hadrien has a wealth of recognised experience in the insurance and asset management sectors.
 
Hadrien's skills lie in technical insurance accounting, as well as in assisting major insurance companies with the multi-standard rulings (IFRS and Solvency II).

Hadrien also assists clients with the analysis, monitoring and full implementation of cross-functional projects, including the implementation of new standards.

With a degree in finance and actuarial science, Mansour has over 14 years' experience, mainly in insurance.

Mansour has had the opportunity to support major projects to transform and secure the finance function.

Its business expertise is in technical accounting, multi-standard reporting (French Gaap, IFRS17, SII), project management and transition management.

With a degree in finance and over 13 years' experience in banking and insurance, Hamid has expertise in multi-standard accounting (French GAAP, IFRS, Solvency 2, etc.).

His dual background in insurance and banking, as well as business and projects, enables him to understand and anticipate business issues/transformations and systems projects as effectively as possible.
